Processing Time All domestic orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery We currently ship within the United States via USPS.

A Note on Packaging Every AWinburnART piece is handcrafted fused glass and is packaged with great care to ensure it arrives safely. We use protective materials specifically suited for fragile art pieces. If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the item immediately and contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right.

International Orders International shipping is available upon request. Please contact us before placing an order so we can provide an accurate shipping quote based on your destination and package dimensions/weight. Please note that international orders may take significantly longer to arrive than domestic orders due to transit times and customs processing. We will provide an estimated delivery window when we confirm your shipping quote.
