Processing Time All orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

A Note on Packaging Every AWinburnART piece is handcrafted fused glass and is packaged with great care to ensure it arrives safely. We use protective materials specifically suited for fragile art pieces. If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the item immediately and contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right.
International Shipping We do not currently ship outside of the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future — stay tuned!
